The Biohotel Pausnhof is located in the heart of the Bavarian Forest, surrounded by trees and a blooming garden, surrounded by pure nature.
The Simmert family is now in its third generation of running the Pausnhof. The house was formerly a farm and, after renovation, became Germany's first organic hotel. It is idyllically situated among the fields and fruit trees of the still-active organic farm. The interior is modern with light colors, high-quality natural materials, select design classics, and attractive accessories. The untreated wood used exudes a wonderful fragrance, creating a pleasant, feel-good atmosphere. Every piece of furniture has been carefully selected. The natural wood beds with organic down ensure a particularly restful sleep. Here, you immediately unwind and can enjoy the lush nature and the beautiful ambiance at the same time – a wonderful break from everyday life!
Tall grass grows around the pool. And there's even more wellness: three saunas and a wide range of massages invite you to relax. Afterwards, enjoy a homemade apple strudel in the garden and all will be right with the world. But beware, you'll probably only get one slice. Speaking of indulgence - the cooking here is passionate, and the farm's own organic produce is used to create fresh delicacies that leave guests feeling satisfied and content.
